In just a few weeks, we’ll be setting the clocks forward one hour! More daylight in the evening and I cannot wait. This also means warmer weather, blooming plants, flowers and trees, and of course, light and fruity desserts! One of my absolute favorite flavor combinations is lemon and blueberry! You cannot get more spring than that and this cake here is absolutely moist, delicious, sweet, tangy…not to mention beautiful. Hits all the right notes!
Another favorite spring flavor is lime! Fresh lime juice and lime zest is a must!
